Ramiel is a short game about wings, hope, and living in a body that is very clearly not your own.

It's a game for the angels in our lives who just can't bear living without their wings any longer.

One day, we will all find our wings.

Special thanks to our good friendfor the art used in the cover.

just found and played this (after recently relating to some other things about angels online in ways that mean I should probably consider some things abt myself) and rly enjoyed it and cried a lil bit.  I'm not great at words but this was rly nice and good ty :)

I... Have no clue why this gives me a weird sense of nostalgic deja-vu. Both in a good way and also in a... Well, less than good.

Maybe I yearn for the wings I wish I have? I dunno. Thanks for this.

THE CREATIVE USAGE OF TWINE HERE IS SO GOOD... The perspective shenanigans is all just.... SO GOOD!!! Especially loved the bit in the middle, you know the one, probably!?!! And I think a story like this is really excellent. It doesn't resonate with me too specifically, but I certainly have experience with things adjacent to this, and... I LOVE THIS!!! This is really good!!!

Thank you for making this!!!

this game nearly made me cry. this is how i feel every day. quick rant: it probably sounds weird but i have something like phantom limb syndrome. for wings. even as i'm laying in bed right now im shifting around trying to get comfortable on them. yeah, i think im otherkin now that im writing this out. but my point is, this story is the first time i've felt seen. thank you.

Thank you so much for playing our game; it means the world to us that it’s still reaching folks. And what you’re feeling isn’t weird at all; it’s what made us make this game in the first place, it’s what made everyone who commented and rated and played connect to what we created. You’re in good company, you’re not alone.

If you don’t mind us asking- what brought you here? we aren’t getting many new visitors these days, haha.

Hi, your story was incredible and hit us in a powerful way. So much so that it inspired us to create our own twine narrative dealing with some of the same topics.

I hope you don’t mind me sharing it but here is our take on a ‘plural nonhuman’ narrative.

What a feeling this is, and such a lovely twine.

Thank you.

Wraps me up in the good, helping feelings. the sparks of my plurality and the unreality of my brain

This was a great story and resonated with several of us.

Part of it reminded me of helping our host get through high school. - Evelyn

for me it's all the stuff about being non human in a human body... might be why I keep to headspace most of the time where I can be my ever shifting appearance - void

This is so lovely ands hits me in good ways, reaffirms me in things as well as provides a window into another's life. I appreciated it a lot.

this was really lovely. packs so many feelings / experiences into such a short story, and does it really effectively. also the way it uses the twine engine is so good (ESPECIALLY the name part omg).

thank you all for sharing this

this is such a spectacular game. we played it once before the official release and couldn't help but to play it again now. it's such a beautiful story. as always you guys have used words in a marvelous way that not many others have seemed to master. this game really does such an amazing job of capturing what it feels like to be a nonhuman alter in a human body.

The kind of thing I wish I'd seen ten years ago. Absolutely delightful... I know a couple angels that'll love it too.

Thank you so much 🖤💖 The angels in our lives deserve comfort and we’re happy to give it to them.

I enjoyed this. It's not *quite* about me, but it's close enough. Wings, indeed.

Thank you so much. We’re glad you could feel seen even if it’s not quite your story.

What a beautiful little Twine. Absolutely gorgeous writing, good use of in browser effects, and so short yet so totally unexpected.

One day we’ll all find our wings. <3

Thank you SO much. This is our first time ever working with Twine, it was an absolutely exciting experience.
